As a Senior Treasury Risk Manager, you’ll be at the heart of global financial strategy, working closely with top management to ensure robust risk mitigation and compliance across all regions.
 

? Your Responsibilities

As a key member of Department  "Corporate Treasury", you will:


* Lead global financial risk managementfor the DHL Group, identifying and mitigating risks related to currency, interest rates, and commodity prices.


* Develop and implement hedging strategiesusing financial derivatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.


* Oversee treasury accounting processes, ensuring accurate IFRS-compliant representation of financial instruments.


* Prepare high-impact reportsfor the Group CFO and Supervisory Board, including monthly risk assessments and disclosures for consolidated financial statements.


* Evaluate complex financial instrumentsand advise internal stakeholders on classification and risk implications.


* Drive digital transformationin treasury systems, collaborating with IT and external partners to automate and optimize processes.


* Lead strategic cross-functional projects, enhancing financial risk management frameworks and systems.


* Act as a key contact for audits, ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards.

? Your Profile

Professional Qualifications


* University degree in economics, finance, or a related field.


* Extensive experience in treasury and financial risk management.


* Deep knowledge of financial instruments and treasury accounting.


* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling and risk quantification.


* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; familiarity with databases.


* Proven experience in digitalization and process automation.


* Project management expertise.


* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
