CRM Analyst
* Improve the quality of customer data and work with the retail team to ensure best practice in data collection;
* Devise CRM action plans based on data to improve client recruitment, retention and development;
* Generate monthly reports per boutique centred on client metrics and KPI compliance;
* Collect, organize and analyze data to recommend specific actions;
* Coordinate the implementation of action plans based on performance analysis;
* Organizing interdepartmental projects;
* Assist in the development of strategies and tools to support the retail team in achieving the best commercial results, covering training and observation;
* Support E-Commerce to identify customers and patterns to drive better strategies.
Requirements & Capabilities:
* Bechelor's Degree or above;
* Strong analytical skills, experience in producing high-level client analysis is a must;
* Great capacity of leading and organizing multiple projects with great attention to detail;
* Strong business thinking and sensitivity to new trends in the market;
* Excellent communication, problem-solving skill, effective and persuasive;
* Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
* Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and/or IBM Cognos);
* Desirable knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
