As our Ward Clerk, you'll be the heartbeat of our nursing station—helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

From managing charts and records to supporting nursing staff and residents with daily clerical needs, your work ensures residents receive timely, quality care.

? Responsibilities:


* Maintain and organize medical records and charts


* Provide clerical support to nursing staff and department heads


* Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly manner


* Answer phone calls and coordinate messages


* Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation


* Ensure compliance with privacy and documentation standards
