As a Senior Product Associate within the Client Onboarding and Servicing team, you will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience of the Navigator application for both Global Corporate Bank and Commercial Bank in the Payments Business.

Your role will involve collaborative design and development of an application that streamlines the setup and maintenance of accounts, products, and services.

You will also work closely with the documentation team to cater to their requirements and ensure seamless integration with downstream operation back-end systems.

Your key responsibility will be to define strategic workflows that enhance the internal client experience, thereby optimizing both internal and external interactions.

Your focus will be on ensuring the platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and tailored to the employees' needs, with a particular emphasis on the global expansion of Navigator and the experience of the Onboarding/Implementation organizations.

Job responsibilities


* Collaborate closely with technology partners to execute against strategic vision


* Work closely with client onboarding, implementations, documentation and operations colleagues and key stakeholders to understand needs and pain points as well as trends in the competitive marketplace


* Support with refining end-to-end process for product delivery, and implementing change initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders


* Develop user journeys and other artifacts that help communicate, and rally support for, intuitive user experience that best meets the needs of the applications' users


* Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams building the core components that enable critical underlying core functionality


* Identify critical dependencies, and other issues and present recommendations for resolution


* Perform UAT testing and participate in Production tests; prepare release notes, test plans and results


* Maintain ongoing proactive partnership with technology team members to ensure business demands are understood and delivered in an agile manner within agreed upon timeframes


* Present demos to users and ensure feedback from user demos is incorporated into roadmaps so that deliverables meet business needs


* Support client and practitioner adoption of new features/functionality

* Must be able to demonstrate similar experience, including experience in product management or user experience at a financial services, technology, or fintech firm
