Job Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


* Monitor resident health status and report changes to the RN or physician


* Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards


* Support residents' well-being by fostering a caring and comfortable environment

Qualifications:


* Active LVN license in the state of California


* New graduates are welcome! We provide on-the-job training and mentorship


* Strong clinical skills and attention to detail


* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
