About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facility and Digitalization Engineer Intern to join our team at the Bangpu Plant.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facility management and digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:


* Support the maintenance and improvement of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, etc.).


* Assist in monitoring and analyzing energy consumption and proposing efficiency improvements.


* Participate in digitalization projects, including data collection, dashboard creation, and system integration.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement smart factory solutions (e.g., IoT sensors, digital twins).


* Help maintain facility documentation, including layouts, maintenance records, and compliance reports.


* Conduct on-site inspections and support preventive maintenance planning.


* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).


* Basic knowledge of facility systems and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, AutoCAD, or CMMS).


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Good communication and teamwork abilities.


* Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
