Purpose: We are seeking an Associate Director, Professional Education – Interdisciplinary Care who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive medical education strategy for interdisciplinary non-implanting providers (including Heart Failure, Critical Care, APPs, and Hospital and IDN Administrators).

This includes the development and implementation of a training program and pathways to support Physician Program Directors and non-implanting Heart Recovery product portfolio providers.

This individual will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive educational activities targeted at interdisciplinary specialists.

This leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing product understanding, procedural knowledge, and best practices associated with the Heart Recovery portfolio of products.

Additionally, they will build a team and be responsible for running successful end-to-end education programming and developing measurement tools to assess impact.
