The Technical Product Owner - Patient Solutions will support the development and enhancement of patient support programs by assisting in gathering requirements, coordinating with teams, and contributing to product improvement initiatives.

This role provides a pathway for those looking to build expertise in technical product management within a healthcare-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities



* Support Product Development: Assist in translating business needs into clear, well-defined user stories and requirements.

Support the team in prioritizing tasks based on business value and feasibility.


* Backlog Assistance: Help maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring requirements are well-articulated and ready for development.

Collaborate with team members to understand technical constraints and customer needs.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments—including analytics, design, engineering, and user experience—to ensure alignment and smooth communication throughout the product lifecycle.


* Participate in Agile Processes: Support the team in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and reviews.

Help identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate smooth workflows.


* Data and Reporting: Assist in monitoring product performance metrics, preparing reports, and gathering insights to help inform decision-making and continuous enhancement efforts.


* Vendor Coordination: Support vendor interactions related to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring external partners are aligned with project goals.


* Continuous Learning: Stay engaged in industry and product trends, supporting team initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
