This position is responsible for advancing our Lymphoma and Leukemia pipeline in early development, including developing winning global commercial strategies, developing competitive TPPs with deep disease area knowledge and insights.  Candidate will lead a cross-functional team(s) to develop actionable insights, forecasts, and competitive assessments that will inform the development and competitive positioning in this expanding therapeutic area for J&J.  This role will work across the enterprise to ensure marketing input into the CDT(s).

The GCSO Director of Strategic Marketing is responsible for progressing additional early-stage assets through commercialization.

The Director, Global Strategic Marketing reports to the Sr.

Director, Global Commercial Strategy L&L Portfolio Strategy and Early Development and will be part of the team that leads the commercial strategy, launch excellence, & market shaping.  This role will contribute to optimizing the value of our global J&J L&L portfolio, by collaborating with key functions across the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), J&J Research and Development (R&D), and J&J business regions.

Responsibilities:


* Lead commercial / marketing initiatives for assigned CDTs (early L&L assets) with cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.  Leveraging Mx framework and COMPASS process for development milestones.
