Job Description:

This position is expected to develop the market in which they operate with the promotion and efficient management of the client portfolio under their responsibility, as well as prospecting for new clients; execution of the strategic and tactical business plan, achieving overall sales goals; and strong customer relationships.

An active role in the introduction and adoption of new products and technologies in the market, with the development of specialized clinical support, training for distributors and their sales team, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, market and competitor mapping.

They will be responsible for identifying and promoting training events, engaging with key stakeholders and decision makers in the client network, and mobilizing resources to anticipate and respond to customer clinical needs, issues and opportunities, as well as implementing and executing strategies and initiatives.

The Senior Sales Rep will work closely with their Sales Supervisor and the distributors´ sales teams, sharing account information and supporting the technical development of customers and team stakeholders in their territory, as well as acting to ensure the implementation of strategies defined by the marketing team and leadership team.

They will also participate in new product and technology launch initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish, maintain, and develop the commercial relationship with our business partners and customers in accordance with the sales plan and assigned territory.

• Maintain and develop an adequate promotion and demonstration of J&J Surgical Vision's target products in terms of sales.

• Knowledge and mastery from a clinical and technical perspective of the product portfolio to sustain meaningful business conversations and interactions with different areas and related people.

• Build strong relationships with business partners and end customers, especially with decision makers and influencers.

• Skills and knowledge in developing product presentations, technologies, promoting Surgical Vision products, procedures and technologies.
