Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative:

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative (TISR), you will be the go-to partner for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service, technical expertise, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


* Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts


* Manage customer inquiries and process orders using Bray’s internal systems


* Provide accurate technical information and updates on products and orders


* Coordinate with internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issues quickly


* Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions


* Gain in-depth knowledge of Bray products through comprehensive training

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills:


* 2–5 years in inside sales or customer service, preferably in an industrial setting


* Knowledge of valves, actuators, or flow control products is a plus


* Strong communication skills—both verbal and written


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)


* Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred


* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy

Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred


* Permanent U.S.

work authorization required


* Understanding of industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage
