As a Product Director in Auto, Finance & Drive, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers.

Job responsibilities
* Lead the product lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business growth targets.
* Mentor the product team on best practices to effectively deliver objectives.
* Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business goals.
* Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
* Develop and execute strategic vision for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with PLCF objectives.
* Oversee design and implementation of digital assets, focusing on user experience and compliance.
* Leverage analytics to enhance decision-making and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consistency and adoption of digital solutions.
* Utilize digital assets to deliver personalized experiences and streamline processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Proven ability to influence and drive change while managing stakeholders across functions.
* Experience in leading digital asset development and analytics projects.
* Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
* Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts in a simplified way.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Recognized leader within a related field.
* Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
* 8+ years of experience in product development or technology applications.
* Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and data analytics.
