What are we looking for?

As a Senior Mobile MAUI Engineer with Intertek Alchemy, you will lead the development of cross-platform applications for iOS, Android, and Windows-powered by .NET MAUI.

You'll architect solutions, integrate AI-driven features, and help set technical direction while mentoring others and driving best practices.

What you'll do:


* Design and build cross-platform apps with .NET MAUI.


* Integrate Generative AI and LLM features into mobile experiences.


* Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and security.


* Collaborate across product, AI/ML, and QA teams to deliver features.


* Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.


* Guide CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.


* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues.


* Stay current on mobile and emerging tech trends.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.


* 6+ years of professional software development experience, 2+ in a senior role.


* Hands-on experience building real-world apps with .NET MAUI.


* Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL, and local storage.


* Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS, Lambda, S3).


* Familiarity with integrating AI/ML or Generative AI features.


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field.


* 8+ years of software development, 4+ in senior engineering roles.


* Proven expertise with .NET MAUI and mobile architecture.


* Experience with on-device AI (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime).


* Background in LMS, training platforms, or EHS/Food Safety tech.


* Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc.).


* AWS Solutions Architect Certification a plus.


* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and scaled Agile (SAFe).
