Responsible for media project intake and tracking project timelines.

Support the media program manager to define scope, schedule of projects, determine capacity and impact to work across teams, and ensure successful delivery while tracking against due dates across all deliverables.

- Any experience with Microsoft Office
- 1 year of experience managing projects through Workfront, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- 3+ years marketing/media experience
- Strong oral, written, presentation, people, diplomacy, and time management skills
- Comfort with technology, change, and complexity
- Innovative, detail and process oriented, strong analytical and decision-making skills
