Program Overview 

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Business Operations Intern, from January to early May 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.

This internship program is designed to provide you with real-world exposure, hands-on learning, and mentorship to help unlock your full potential. 

As a Business Operations Intern under our GS Experience Center, you will support key initiatives across operations, training, quality assurance, employee engagement, and project management.

You will work closely with service delivery leaders and advisors to identify process gaps, improve employee and customer experience, and contribute to digital transformation efforts.

You will also be exposed to multiple capabilities – operations, process/knowledge, content, training, and quality in this 5-month internship program.

Key Responsibilities 

Data Analysis & Insights: 


* Assist service delivery advisors and leads in data analysis and reporting to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements; to foster a culture of continuous improvement.  



* Analyze customer feedback and identify top pain points - Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction scores  

Innovation & Process Improvements: 


* Help create process maps for current workflows to reduce process inefficiencies 



* Propose automation or digital solutions to streamline operations and processes 

Training & Knowledge Management: 


* Audit existing knowledge base and training materials - Suggest improvements for accessibility and relevance 

Quality Assurance Support: 



* Assist in monitoring quality metrics and associate performance 



* Help design feedback loops and reporting templates 

Project Support & Management: 


* Support ongoing Experience Center projects
