Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager - Data Quality, reporting to the Finance Data Quality Sr.

Manager.  This role is part of the Finance Data Management team under the Global Finance ERP Strategy & Operations department. 

  
In this role, the individual will be part of the Data Quality Management team responsible for working closely with various partners including business, Finance, and IT to drive data integrity across the enterprise.  This includes applying data quality management techniques to ensure the finance data is fit for purpose.  By understanding the evolving financial data requirements, identify areas where technology or processes can be used to improve data quality, and adapt the data integrity approach as required. 

The individual should be able to demonstrate strong collaboration skills as they will work closely with Finance, Run Support, and Data Governance teams, as well as IT partners across the organization to drive timely issue resolution and ongoing data quality improvement projects to prevent recurrence of identified data defects. 

Potential candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of financial processes (financial planning, accounting and reporting) and an understanding of the interdependencies of good quality data to support Finance.

Experience in data quality management, data analytics and visualization, and creating summary data dashboards will be helpful.  Possess strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

They should have experience in identifying and resolving critical data defects to support financial activities and would benefit from having a solid understanding of SAP Finance and Anaplan, and experience in understanding financial data lineage across systems.

It is essential that the individual approaches the role with an enterprise and agile mentality.
