これまでの飛躍的な成長をさらに加速させるため、セールスフォースの効果性と効率性を高めて競争力を高めること、そして今後の環境変化を先取りした顧客中心のセールスフォース活動を実践していく変革が求められており、本ポジションはその一員として競争力のあるセールスフォースの構築を担当する。

主な役割:

J&J-IMのセールスフォースの戦略実行および活動インパクトと効率性を高める基盤の最適化を実現するため業界・市場・企業・自社に関する分析を多角的に行い、ビジネスインパクトの創出と実行力の向上を実現する変革をもたらす。そのための最適なKPIの特定と検証をクロスファンクショナルに行い、未来志向のコマーシャルモデル実現に向けた改善提案をMCやステークホルダーに対して主体的に提案し、カスタマーセントリックなセールスフォースの構築を実現する。


* J&J-IMセールスフォース競争力分析：多角的なデータ分析に基づく対競合分析を行い、経営層（マネージメントコミッティ―　MC）やBUに対してセールスフォースの競争力を客観的にレポートする。


* セールスフォースKPI特定および検証：多角的分析に基づくビジネスインパクトを最大化させるKPIを特定し、MCとビジネスユニット（BU）に対して改善提案を行うとともに、その解決に向けた施策をクロスファンクショナルにリードする。
