Summary:

The CAR-T Global Cryopreservation and Cell Collection Sr.

Manager will be responsible for leading our EMEA team that will manage critical steps in our V2V supply chain for cell collection and cryopreservation of patient material in support of CAR-T Patients.

This includes the onboarding and management of cryopreservation and apheresis sites; leading the SMEs for issue / impact of starting materials, material equivalency, and manuals; and serving as investigation leads.

This team will be structured to enhance operational performance for continuous improvement and drive the network strategy for cryopreservation.

The role will lead the development of team members to ensure personal growth and a robust infrastructure of capabilities to support commercial CAR-T activities.

Key Responsibilities:



* Identifies, develops, and implements commercial CAR-T apheresis and cryopreservation activities in support of the regional center of excellence.


* Creates, facilitates, and conducts qualification and training strategy and activities for each apheresis site and technology transfer for cryopreservation sites


* Acts as primary POC for apheresis center, local cryopreservation cell laboratories, as well as, contracted third party apheresis/cryopreservation centers.


* Develops working knowledge of Information Technology, Logistic transport and regulatory requirements affecting apheresis material and cryopreservation activities
