JOB SUMMARY
 

The MT Shared Documents and Records & Information Compliance (RIC) Administrator implements the document and change control processes for Med Tech Shared Documents utilizing PLM Systems such as Windchill.

This role is responsible for providing internal customers with mentorship in following document and change control procedures.

Additionally, this role is responsible for executing tasks and leading or supporting projects to progress MT-RIC goals and objectives across MT.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Processes MT Shared Document changes in a timely manner for compliance with procedures.


* Collaborates and provides direction to change owners, approvers, and business partners as needed.


* Communicates the status of MT Shared Document changes.


* Collects and reports metrics pertaining to change control and MT-RIC activities.


* Leads small, prioritized projects that help support departmental objectives, including projects that require collaboration with other departments or facilities.
