We are currently recruiting for a Service & Repair Planning Team Lead to be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Remote.

Overview

We’re looking for a Team Lead to build and manage the planning process for our global Service & Repair (S&R) business.

This role is responsible for shaping inventory policies, replenishment strategies, and allocation rules that ensure service parts are available across our global depot network.

This role is based in Palm Beach Gardens and will serve as the day-to-day leader for S&R planning, bringing structure, cadence, and analytics to a growing function.

By embedding S&R into core planning routines, you will help balance inventory investment with service performance and ensure the continuity of care supported by the VELYS Enabling Tech portfolio.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead daily planning execution across global depots, managing inventory levels, replenishment, and allocation.


* Develop and maintain inventory policies that balance cost, risk, and service requirements.


* Build and refine allocation strategies to prioritize constrained parts across depots and regions.


* Monitor inventory health and open orders through reports and dashboards that highlight coverage and risk.


* Translate service demand patterns into forecasting inputs and planning assumptions for supply chain partners.


* Establish reporting and processes that integrate S&R into standard end-to-end planning cycles.


* Drive a consistent planning cadence and escalation process to resolve supply or allocation issues quickly.


* Identify and implement improvements in planning efficiency, visibility, and inventory utilization.


* Partner with supply, production, quality, and customer service teams to align on assumptions and priorities.


* Serve as the primary planning point of contact for S&R inventory strategy, allocation, and replenishment.
