Purpose:

In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality products.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team and promote teamwork and continuous improvement, directly impacting our department's core operations and helping us achieve our safety and regulatory standards.

This role is offered on a temporary contract with potential for extension and involves shift-based work 16/7.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:


* Leading and mentoring a team of operators to meet production targets as outlined in the master production schedule.


* Supporting the introduction of new products and equipment by providing clear user requirements to engineering teams.


* Keeping all production documentation current and compliant, including SOPs and work instructions.


* Conducting effective training for manufacturing operators on the correct use of equipment and safety practices.


* Tracking and analyzing production metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


* Leading all aspects of investigations into deviations and coordinating with specialists for effective resolution.

Required qualifications:


* A minimum educational background of HBO (higher professional education) and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device sector.


* Proficiency in automation software (Excel, ERP) and strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.


* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to interact and lead effectively.
