Your day to day:

Operations


* Manage the day to day running of Core Restaurant Bar, The Deck, and In Room Dining, ensuring each outlet delivers consistently excellent service.
Plan and assign work, creating effective rosters that balance service delivery and budget requirements.


* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring attentive, efficient, and seamless service across all outlets.


* Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and achieving survey targets.

Team Leadership


* Recruit train, and develop a high performing restaurant, bar, and In Room Dining team.


* Provide coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews to build colleague confidence and capability.

Financial and Business Performance


* Collaborate with the Director of Food Beverage to develop seasonal wine, beer, spirit, and cocktail lists that r...
