In this role, you will:


* Coordinate to import/ export team, forwarder, truck driver and end-user for unloading goods to meet timeline to make sure without any demurrage charge and detention charge impact.



* Manage and post goods receipt in SAP on time following CFI 07-01 – Spare Part Inventory Control.


* Manage accuracy inventory between physical and SAP system quantity by daily double check all work orders which had released in the afternoon & night shift of the last day to ensure accuracy spare parts quantity inventory.


* Conduct monthly stock count as follow the updated procedure to ensure 100% of inventory items are counted throughout first 10 months of the years.


* Fulfill SAP processes of parts/ equipment control to ensure all stock requirements, records accuracy, fix all issues related to SAP system.


* Ensure that all required SAP processes of receiving parts/ equipment as well as internal control are promptly and strictly followed, fully recorded and reported.


* Check and receive parts/ equipment to follow speciation/ drawing/ manufacturer part number…as purchasing order requirement.


* Manage parts/ equipment in store bin location with clear identification label according to FIFO standards, control parts/ equipment in good condition while awaiting end-user receive.


* Receive goods from local/oversea vendors, forwarders such as parts/ equipment for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) items, NPI project and related departments.
