What You Will Do


* Lead and manage individual performance through vision setting, one-on-one coaching, and performance feedback


* Oversee daily truck and load planning to ensure smooth operations


* Prioritize the safety of all employees and visitors to the facility


* Coach and mentor team members to achieve safety, quality, and logistics goals


* Provide leadership in performance management and corrective actions for the assigned crew


* Implement continuous improvement processes using lean methodologies to enhance plant performance


* Collaborate with planning, third-party logistics, and customer service to optimize load requirements


* Partner with the supply chain team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Supervisory experience


* Shipping & Warehouse experience


* Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm and 3pm to 11pm) Rotating every two weeks

What Will Put You Ahead


* Knowledge of drop yard operations


* Experience with warehouse cycle audits and inventory management systems


* Familiarity with warehouse management software
