We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr.

Engineering Manager to lead our team of managers and engineers in developing high-speed interconnect and cable assembly solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of successful product development, and the potential to lead a broader organization.

Expected travel up to 10-20% both domestic and international.

What You Will Do


* Lead and manage a team of managers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of high-speed interconnect and cable assembly solutions for Transportation applications, specifically high-speed data applications


* Drive evolution of product development/function, creating customer value in line with requirements, and fulfill cost, timing and reliability goals


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and reliability


* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence


* Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within budget


* Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our products remain competitive and meet customer needs


* Identify and coach to areas of opportunity to promote growth, mentorship, development and success


* Be an advocate and driver for our Principle Based Management culture

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred


* Minimum of 15+ years of experience in engineering


* At least 5 years in a leadership role


* Knowledge in interconnect solutions


* Proven knowledge of regulatory standards and processes (USCAR, ISO, SAE, IEC)


* Knowledge of analysis tools such as FEA (Ansys Mechanical, Abaqus, etc.), NX, Creo


* Knowledge of AQP methods


* Capable of establishing credibility, mutual respect, and authority within the functional groups


* Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of delivering successful projects
