Procurement Intern - QRO

What will you do?


* Support on info collection for reports, fill some data in ERP that will help on material classification, ask some information to suppliers, support on data cleansing/update, support on samples shipping, assist on price comparatives/data analysis, support pulling drawings for RFQs, communicate to suppliers about drawings updates, evidence collection for some audits.

* Excel - Pivot Tables, calculated fields, graphs , and use of formulas for data analysis.

Who will you report to?


* Reporting to the Plant Procurement Manager, will be a single contributor role.

Main stakeholders will be Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement Sourcing Leaders

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Graduating on June 2026 or later


* Active bachelor students related to:- Administration, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related interested on procurement


* English Level:- Advanced


* Proactive, eager to learn and self-driven


* Effective communication skills.


* Ability to work in dynamic environments and multitask.
