Marketing Operations Lead, Global Employer Brand

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our Global Employer Brand team.

This role is critical in building the infrastructure, tools, and processes that power our global employer branding efforts.

You will lead the development and optimization of marketing platforms, ensure operational excellence, and drive scalable, insight-led programs that enhance our brand visibility and candidate experience.

What will you do?


* Marketing Infrastructure & Tools:
Oversee and continuously improve marketing platforms and tools, including CRM systems, the global careers site, and content management platforms like Aprimo.


* Data & Insights:
Analyze marketing performance data to generate actionable insights, optimize strategy, and support data-informed decision-making across the team.


* Automation & Scalability:
Design and implement automated workflows and scalable marketing programs to support global and regional campaigns efficiently.


* Global Alignment & Enablement:
Ensure alignment across global and regional teams by developing standardized processes, toolkits, and enablement resources.


* Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with global marketing technology vendors, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and innovation.


* Project & Performance Management:
Lead project management for key initiatives and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track progress, performance, and impact.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related fields


* Strong understanding of CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools


* Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and reporting


* Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders


* Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus


* Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management skills
