At Scotland’s first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us… 

This highly exclusive restaurant born in Monte Carlo in 2005 is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, by taking on international and local dishes with a focus on quality ingredients.

Riccardo Giraudi (the Beefboy as some might call him) has created Beefbar to break tradition and introduce a modern take on incredibly well-thought out but simple dishes divided into 3 section – sexy street food, great meat cuts and iconic dishes.

InterContinental Edinburgh The George is home to the first and only Beefbar in Scotland and we are proud to be making a mark on Edinburgh’s food and drink scene… 

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be providing a high-end and personalised service to customers, providing tailored recommendations and suggested pairings.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team in the absence of our Restaurant Manager by helping them with high-level service recoveries, training them to a high standard and ensuring that our service is consistent across the board.

You will be someone who has some level of management or supervisory experience, looking to take the next step in your career progression and join an exciting new concept. 

Joining us as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, we are looking for someone who has… 



* Availability to work 40 hours (weekends & evenings included)  



* Experience working within a restaurant as either a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager 



* Some people management skills, ideally having been involved in the training and mentoring of employees and supported in some level the recruitment of new starters 



* Hunger for success in the form of a high standard service, you will pay close attention to detail and have experience dealing with service recoveries  



* To be a confident leader who enjoys to lead by example!  



* Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience  



* Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
