Key Responsibilities:


* Provide compassionate personal care for residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


* Assist with meals and monitor residents' food and hydration needs.


* Ensure residents' rooms are ready, clean, and comfortable.


* Record resident information accurately and report changes in condition to nursing staff.


* Help residents with personal items, including laundry and packing when they transition.


* Support residents in daily activities and maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment.


* Communicate effectively with team members and families to ensure the best care for residents.


* Assist with medical procedures, including lab work, therapy, and physical examinations as directed.


* Ensure residents' privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
