Essential Duties


* Administering and auditing employee benefits programs and plans, including health insurance, retirement


* plans, life insurance, and disability insurance


* Be a primary resource to employees and managers regarding company benefits


* Communicating benefits information to employees and answering their questions via ticketing system,


* phone and email in a timely manner.


* Maintaining a thorough understanding of employee benefits programs and legal requirements


* Maintaining accurate records of employee benefits enrollment and participation


* Working closely with the human resources department to ensure that employees are informed about their


* benefits options.


* Assisting with the resolution of benefits-related issues or disputes


* Enter National Medical Support Notices in Workday and send communication to employee, Reviews and


* Approves or denies Qualifying life events


* Provides assistance in executing the daily operations of the benefits department.


* Other duties as assigned.
