Segment Solutions Consultant Water

What will you do?


* Join and reinforce a strong and competent team.


* Give pre-sales support to our sales organization for opportunities of the Accounts in Public Water Services, collaborating with the Account Team to win those opportunities by leveraging the best value proposition.


* Drive and execute pre-sales activities, providing his/her expertise especially in automation process applications pushing our Smart Water Value Proposition for the segment and leveraging his/her expertise and knowledge of the customers' processes.


* Operate in coordination with the Global WWW segment organization to be always updated on the last technologies and to support the Team in executing the growth plan.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Proven experience and technical background in industrial automation and/or hydraulic engineering and software


* Dynamicity and willingness to travel throughout the territory


* Leadership skills and effective at building good relationships with customers and at talking the same language of the customer


* Ability in problem-solving


* Self-motivated, energetic, creative, confident and able to articulate at multiple levels within an organization


* Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with a team-oriented approach


* English is needed to assure an effective relationship with the worldwide segment organization
