As a Senior Product Associate in Customer Application Experience, you play a pivotal role in driving innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers.

Job responsibilities



* Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through data analytics and discovery.


* Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.


* Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights on valuable product features.


* Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.


* Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and maintain Jira hygiene.


* Create data mapping to understand the impact of values and ensure key information is included in service data transfer and key documents.


* Assist with onboarding new services.


* Define acceptance test criteria in JIRA and create automated tests using BDD or TDD approaches, including test data for execution.


* Create diagrams such as Class, Sequence, and Flow/Activity Diagrams using Confluence, VISIO, or similar tools.


* Be an AI Enthusiast, seeking ways to incorporate AI within the orchestration of the Credit Card opening process.


* Own the product backlog for core features and components, driving feature enhancements and modernization work from inception to production.


* Manage key relationships with engineering, architecture, analytics, automation teams, and diverse product teams to understand their needs and program goals.


* Communicate effectively and frequently, sharing the product vision and articulating questions and answers needed to build the right features.


* Be a center for knowledge, with deep curiosity about the digital experience space and a desire to connect that curiosity and knowledge to teams that can effect change.
