Associate Director, Precision Medicine – This role drives scientific leadership through the delivery of innovative companion diagnostics enabling our oncology products and pipeline to transform the lives of patients living with cancer.

The Precision Medicine lead should have an understanding of the strategic environment associated with diagnostic products, including regulatory, scientific, medical, development process, clinical, business, and commercial factors.

Direct experience leading a CDx program through development and commercialization, especially as a technical expert in development, regulatory and commercial interactions is essential.

As a facilitator across internal and external functions and organizations, the Precision Medicine Lead should exhibit leadership and personal accountability, as well as exceptional team-building and management skills.

As a strategic leader for CDx programs supporting IM's portfolio, the CDx lead will be seen as a key role in the success of Johnson and Johnson IM’s future of precision medicine.



* Leading the development of diagnostics across J&J IM Japan’s early and late stage oncology portfolios through close collaborations with internal stakeholders and our external diagnostic partners.
