We are searching for the best talent for IM Transcend (ERP) Global PMO Leader role.

Purpose: The PMO Lead is a senior and critical role in the governance of a multi-year, global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The individual will establish and lead a high-performing Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure disciplined execution across all workstreams and geographies.

This includes full accountability for documentation compliance, program metrics and reporting, financial management (actuals and forecasts), and resource planning and capacity control.

Working closely with the Program Director, Global Delivery Lead, CEBA lead and global Template Lead and SI partners, the PMO Lead will provide accurate, timely insights and controls to ensure the program delivers on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards.

The role will have 4 direct and 13+ extended reports who will be accountable for developing the global program methodologies, metrics and tool sets in addition to managing the program cost tracking/insights and setting up and delivery program value tracking capabilities.
