Position Description:

The ATR Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function for all LATAM.

The role will support the financial closing coordination activities across sectors and all LATAM regions.


* You will be responsible to provide financial support and accounting analysis for revenue accounting process.


* Summarize data for account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.


* Analyzes balance sheet profit and loss statements, and consolidated financial documents.


* Assists with monthly closings within the department.


* Areas of focus include period end closing, financial reporting, and financial statements reviewing.

Responsibilities:

* Support Leading financial activities including revenue process, financial statements reviewing, manual journal entries and reconciliations approval, month, quarter and year-end close activities.


* You will be accountable to perform accounting activities.


* Perform revenue accounting activities and reporting.


* Supporting leading others and follow up of the operational duties assigned within the team.


* Ensures accuracy and adherence of Corporate policies relate to Revenue Process.


* Responsible for the accuracy of Revenue accounting entries and Reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, Compliance, Internal Audit and SOX requirements.


* Support SOX 404 requests, internal audits (Global Audit Assurance) and external audits (statutory accounting)


* Support GSF Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects.


* Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education level required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.

Master’s in accounting or MBA is a plus.

Advanced Excel, knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting processes, SAP knowledge and Shared service Center working experience.

You need to have at least 5 to 6 years of experience.
