Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems

Molex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support our finance digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, excellent analytical skills, and experience with SAP implementations.

What You Will Do



* Support system migrations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.


* Analyze current financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


* Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of system modules to meet business requirements.


* Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.


* Develop and maintain documentation related to financial systems and processes.


* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systems.


* Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.


* Participate in project planning, status meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.


* Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on SAP implementations.


* Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.


* Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana and other financial software.


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


* Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience with data migration and system integration projects.


* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.


* Experience working with large data sets leveraging Access, Alteryx or similar tools.

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000-$120,000 per year.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
