Position Summary
Terrasmart is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our AR team and drive improvements in cash collections, billing accuracy, and customer account management.

This hybrid role blends leadership and hands-on work, with a focus on collaboration, process improvement, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and support AR staff, manage daily operations, and oversee invoicing, collections, and reconciliations


* Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues


* Monitor AR metrics and reporting; drive process improvements and automation


* Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards (GAAP)


* Serve as escalation point for complex collection issues

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


* 3 years in AR or credit/collections; 2 years in a supervisory role


* Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle) and Excel


* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Hybrid: Home and In Office requirements (Only candidates who currently live within a daily commutable distance to Cincinnati, OH will be considered for this opportunity.
