Employee Relations Specialist

The level of the position may be flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience and other qualifications.

Essential Job Functions


* Provides consultation, support and guidance to Managers and HR Business Partners in assigned areas.


* Manages performance or conduct issues in accordance with employment policies and practices.


* Conducts investigations of employee complaints and disputes within company policy; ensures appropriate documentation of findings and recommends corrective action and/or appropriate resolution.


* Provide training and coaching to managers on best practices for employee relations, disciplinary procedures and compliance with internal policies.


* Collaborates with management to identify, develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.


* Proactively provides consultation to identify and mitigate risks related to organization changes.
