Molex, a Koch Company, is seeking a Reliability Engineer Co-Op to join our on-site reliability lab in Rochester Hills, MI.

This role is located on-site at our Rochester Hills, MI location, and is open to local candidates seeking either a part-time, year-round co-op or students enrolled in the Kettering Co-Op program.

Our Team

As part of our Transportation and Innovative Solutions division, you will have the opportunity to learn and support other teams within our suite of high-power connector, terminal, sensors, and other connector products.

This role will work cross-functionally with other departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.

What You Will Do



* Support connector/cable assembly/component reliability testing for new products


* Create test cases, inspect samples, and conduct test data analysis


* Conduct failure analysis tests and communicate test reports to cross-functional teams


* Learn technical skills from support resources


* Learn Molex Lab and product test procedures


* Networking and career path opportunities exposure

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Currently enrolled in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree program


* Familiar with programming/coding tools such as Python, C++, etc.


* Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2028.


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
