Position Overview

The Inventory Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory control procedures across multiple Distribution Centre’s (DCs) within the EMEA region.

This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and system integrity through proactive cycle count management, SAP IDOC/EDI resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position also plays a critical role in supporting product availability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Optimization


* Devise and implement inventory control procedures across 3PL-operated sites to ensure accuracy and compliance


* Oversee monthly cycle counts, analyse variances, and report findings to senior management


* Lead daily, weekly, and monthly inventory synchronization activities across the region


* Resolve SAP IDOC/EDI errors in collaboration with IT and BPX teams to maintain data integrity


* Supervise internal inventory movements within DCs and manage replenishment processes

Inbound & Operational Oversight


* Manage dock-to-stock operations, ensuring all inbound inventory is received and processed within agreed KPIs
