Customer Success Supervisor

Clean Harbors located in Norwell, MA is looking for a Customer Success Supervisor to join their safety conscious team! The Customer Success Supervisor is responsible for leading and guiding the Customer Success team to ensure customer needs are consistently met.

This role focuses on driving performance across both sales and service functions while supporting agent development through coaching, training, and mentoring.

The Customer Success Supervisor manages team productivity, monitors customer interactions to ensure high-quality service, and fosters a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
