Deputy General Manager - Services Offer Management (Individual Contributor)Business Divisions Covered:


* Power Systems (Medium & Low Voltage Equipment)


* Power Products (Medium & Low Voltage Products and Components)


* Digital Power (Protection Relays, Meters, SCADA, EMS & Substation Automation Software)

Scope of Responsibility:
Manage and drive the performance of Services Offers across the above product lines, contributing to a revenue for organization.

Offers include:


* Consulting


* Service Contracts (Digital/Non-Digital)


* Preventive Maintenance Contracts


* Digital & IoT Services (Remote Monitoring, Predictive Analytics)


* Modernization & Retrofit Services


* Spare Parts


* Workforce Empowerment (Training, AR/VR Solutions)


* Circularity Offers (Repair, Take-back, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:


* Execute end-to-end offer management: What to sell, how to sell, quote, and execute.


* Apply deep understanding of services strategy, market trends, and customer needs.


* Support transformation initiatives to shift from Capex-only to recurring revenue models via IoT & Digital Services.


* Drive increased adoption of Digital Services and digitization within core business.


* Ensure profitability and growth of assigned offers.


* Coordinate new offer launches including business case preparation and execution support.


* Monitor and report offer performance (OI, sales, GM).


* Adapt and deploy marketing mix strategies for different go-to-market channels.


* Collaborate with product teams for service enablement, product lifecycle management.


* Implement pricing strategies and maintain pricing tools.


* Utilize Installed Base analytics to generate leads and support sales campaigns.


* Support proposal teams with documentation, pricing guides, and costing tools.


* Contribute to marketing and sales plans, including campaign execution and visibility via Salesforce.


* Develop and maintain sales enablement tools: prescription documents, battle cards, catalogues, etc.

Key Success Factors:


* Strong knowledge of services portfolio and customer value propositions.


* Proficiency in marketing fundamentals (4Ps, segmentation, pricing strategies).


* Experience with digital services and recurring business models.


* Effective collaboration with global offer and product management teams.


* Strong alignment with sales and local stakeholders for offer deployment.

Education & Experience:


* BE/MBA or equivalent qualification.


* 8-14 years of experience in product/offer marketing or technical sales.


* Strong marketing and pricing skills.


* Consultative selling experience and value-based pricing expertise.


* Understanding of regional market dynamics.


* Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
