What you will do

The Owned Channels & Influencer Lead for Aveeno Megabrand at Kenvue is responsible for developing and executing the brand's social media strategy, website content strategy and influencer strategy approach across various categories, including Adult and Baby.

This role aims to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and relevance through creative content and effective management across these channels.

The Owned Channel Lead will collaborate with the global BDT and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure the brand remains competitive in landscape and has consistent messaging across channels.

Key Responsibilities:


* Overall:
+ Editorial and content strategy: Collaborate across brand, influencer, Global BDT, CX, paid media, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms
+ Content strategy leadership: Lead content strategy across channels, ensuring strategic approach, execution, and measurement
+ Campaign integration and comms: Ensure all campaign or NPI work is integrated across channels and communicated cohesively
+ Cross-functional collaboration: Manage requests and priorities from cross-functional partners
+ Thought leadership: Provide thought leadership on vision and best practices for the marketing of today and tomorrow
+ Strategy development: Develop and evolve strategy across channels, updating based upon shifts in performance, budget, consumer and cultural learnings
+ Process development: Develop and implement internal processes to improve efficiencies and cultural relevance


* Influencer Strategy & Activation:
+ Strategy & planning: Lead influencer strategy and activation plans aligned with brand priorities and cultural moments
