Arvin Post Acute is currently hiring a dedicated and energetic Rehab Tech with CNA Certification to join our therapy team.

This dual-role position supports both the therapy department and nursing staff, ensuring that residents receive safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:


* Assist therapy staff (PT, OT, and SLP) with treatment setup, resident transfers, and exercise programs


* Transport residents to and from therapy sessions


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas


* Document resident participation and support accurate recordkeeping


* Perform CNA duties as needed, including assisting with ADLs, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and feeding


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff


* Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents during rehabilitation


* Assist with scheduling and coordination of therapy services

Qualifications:


* Current California CNA certification (required)


* Prior experience in rehab or therapy support preferred


* Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Must be dependable, organized, and team-oriented


* CPR certification (preferred)
