Registered Nurse (RN) - Ridgeway Post Acute

Location: Petaluma, CA
Pay: $48 to $50+ per hour, depending on experience, shift, and benefits
Schedule: Primarily Weekend Coverage | Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Opportunities

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled and compassionate nursing team.

Responsibilities


* Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Assess and monitor resident health status, reporting changes promptly


* Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team


* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines


* Provide compassionate support to residents and their families

Qualifications


* Active California RN license required


* Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)


* Dependable and flexible, with a willingness to cover weekend shifts
