What you will do

This position provides direction to all managers, supervisors and professionals from the Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams, as well as provides leadership and alignment with the supporting groups to Manufacturing such as Operations Support, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Laboratories, and Planning.

The Sr.

Manager Operations is responsible to define and execute strategic business plans and operations goals and objectives.

This position is responsible to execute on short-term production objectives ensuring proper and compliant utilization of manpower, equipment, and raw materials.

Develop recommendations and solutions for identified obstacles.

Partner with the supporting cross functional teams to determine priorities and resource allocations related to execution in support of the Plant's goals, objectives, measures, metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities


* Attend scheduled GMP training, comply with procedures, demonstrate integrity, promptly report deviations, foster employee engagement, ensure team training, and promote a collaborative workplace environment.


* Be a knowledgeable Power User of assigned systems, proficient in MS Office and relevant software, with experience in electronic batch records, SAP or ERP systems, and automated manufacturing execution systems, while ensuring GxP computer systems remain validated.


* Understand critical product, component, and labeling requirements, including product family, size, characteristics (color, viscosity), and processing parameters for active ingredients and excipients.


* Ensure departmental personnel are trained and compliant for their roles, act as a subject matter expert and curriculum owner, guide the training department in developing materials and curricula, and ensure timely completion of all required training.
