Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking Engineering Co-Op's to join our team for opportunities in Spring, Summer, or Fall for 2026 at our Broadway Mill at Green Bay, WI!! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineers to join our team.

What You Will Do

Engineering Co-Ops are likely in a manufacturing facility, to help support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance, with a large overarching focus on compliance, safety, and health.

Our Co-Op program seeks talent from many disciplines including (but not limited to):


* Chemical Engineering


* Mechanical Engineering


* Electrical Engineering


* Pulp & Paper Science Engineering

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.).


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


* Ability to relocate per program requirements.

• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2028.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree in a Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering degree program
