Typical day as our Support Worker



* Support customers with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans.


* Work with customers with learning difficulties and complex needs.


* Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.


* Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.


* Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork – no rushing between customers.


* Service is not CQC-regulated; we prompt and encourage customers with personal care.

* Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change.

Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate 


* Rota-based working pattern


* Lone working with regular team training and meetings


* Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration


* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
