Your Role as a COTA


* Assist Occupational Therapists with implementing individualized care plans


* Support residents in daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises


* Document therapy sessions and progress in compliance with state and facility guidelines


* Encourage residents to reach their highest level of independence


* Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families to promote successful outcomes
