What you'll do:


* Implement personalized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.


* Provide direct, hands-on patient care using a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment.


* Observe, document, and report on patient progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping in compliance with PT Board regulations.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nursing staff and restorative aides, to ensure coordinated and consistent care.


* Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, including exercises and safety measures.


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy area.

What you'll bring:


* A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
